Today we are fortunate to be living in one
of the most interesting, exciting and exhilarating times in
the world’s history. We are indeed in this era of velocity.
The by-products however are the uncertainties, complexities
& ever evolving challenges. Today’s superlative,
may it be Intel Pentium chip or any electronic toy, by tomorrow
morning is obsolete. When successive challenges keep raising
the bar, the tendency is to turn to old successful patterns,
processes, and practices. The problem is they no longer work.
In fact, these days, nothing fails like yesterday’s
success. So what are we supposed to do? We need to raise our
own benchmarks. Extract every bit of our latent resources
and leave our mark in every thing we touch. As we are going
to live this life only one time, let’s leave our footprints
in the sands of time.
At 99 degree water is very hot. At 100 degrees, it has enough
power to even run a locomotive. The difference between just
being “very hot”, to having the “Knack to
actually Knock” the entire train was that extra degree.
Here we define “K” factor as that little extra
that differentiates ordinary from extra ordinary. That difference
I believe is the “KARISHMA” factor. This is the
power within you that can revolutionize your life. This is
that magic that any person can unleash, to live ones life
to the fullest. This is that raw magnetic attraction within,
which draw people and uplifting circumstances to you. “K”
factor is what makes you stand out in a crowd. “K”
factor elevates you from mediocrity to being that someone
special. A power that is invisible, intangible, but completely
real. A power that that can transform you so dramatically
that under its influence you can become an entirely new person,
stronger, more confident, better balanced, more energetic,
more resilient, more capable of coping with the ever-increasing
complexity of modern living. We are made in HIS image, and
“K” factor is the dynamo within us which we need
to start to let the universal life force flowing. This power
is potential, but is not self-activating. Most of the people
unfortunately live their life, with this power still latent.
When “K”-factor is in flow, it is pretty evident,
as there is an almost tangible aura of health and vitality
around that person, confidence in the clear eyes and a sense
of purpose in the stride.
